Two people die and one 'suffering life-changing injuries' in Devon car crash
Teenage passenger dies at scene of collision along with car's driver
A teenager was among two people who died following a car crash in Devon. Another man is in a critical condition .
Police were called to the collision between two Jaguar cars in Kingsteignton at about 5.45pm on Bank Holiday Monday.
The driver of one car, a 28-year-old man, and his passenger, a 17-year-old boy, died at the scene.
Formal identification has yet to take place but next of kin for the man and the boy, both from Chudleigh, Devon, have been informed.
The driver of the second car, a man in his sixties and also from Chudleigh, suffered life-changing injuries.
He was airlifted to Derriford Hospital, where he remains in a critical condition.
A spokesman for Devon and Cornwall Police said: “Anyone with any information that can assist the Serious Collisions Unit with their investigation is asked to email 101dc.police.uk quoting log number 771 for the 27 of August.”
