Myakka is home to 40 miles of trails that will take you through a wide range of habitats and expose you to native birds and deer and a healthy population of American alligators, among other critters. Best Performing Arts Group: Asolo Rep
The Asolo’s history dates back to the 1960s, when teachers at Florida State University began putting on plays at the Historic Asolo Theater inside the Ringling museum.
