Benelli has announced the launch of the 2025 TRK 502 portfolio that offers two options — the TRK 502 and TRK 502X. The new mid-size adventure motorcycles are packed with new features and technology. Here’s everything you need to know, including engine specifications and price.
2025 TRK 502 series: Prices
The TRK lineup consists of TRK 502 and TRK 502X, which are priced at Rs 6.2 lakh and Rs 6.7 lakh, ex-showroom, respectively. The TRK 502 is a more tarmac-focused ADV that has 17-inch tyres, USB front forks, a ground clearance of 190 mm and a seat height of 800 to 810 mm. The TRK 502 X is more of an off-roading machine that sits on 19-inch front tyre and 17-inch at the rear, a ground clearance of 210 mm, a seat of 830 mm to 840 mm, inverted front forks and spoke tyres.
There is also another special edition, TRK 502X Limited Edition, which is priced at Rs 6.85 lakh. The TRK 502 is available in two colours, black and white, while the TRK 502X gets white and green as standard, with a Yellow Limited Edition featuring distinctive golden rims.

2025 TRK 502 series: Features
The new TRK 502 series gets a redesigned aluminium swingarm for improved handling, and at the same time keeps the weight down. It now sports a 5-inch TFT screen with integrated navigation maps, tubeless tyres with tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), a slipper clutch, adjustable handle bar mounts, new hand guards and heated grips and seat.
2025 TRK 502 series: Engine Specs
Both the TRK 502 and TRK 502X are powered by a 500 cc liquid-cooled, twin-cylinder engine that produces 47 bhp at 8,500 rpm and 46 Nm at 6,000 rpm. It is mated to a six-speed gearbox.
