MANILA, June 5 (Xinhua) -- A couple and their three-year-old daughter were killed as their car collided with a truck along a highway in Sarangani province in the southern Philippines, local authority has said.
Arnel Pinque, operations chief of Malungon's municipal disaster risk reduction and management office, said the crash happened on Wednesday morning.
Initial investigation showed that the father driving the car lost control of the steering wheel after one of the car's front tires slipped from the road due to a crack. ■
