Michelin convinces General Court to narrow scope of EU raids

The EU General Court has partially annulled the European Commission’s decision to raid Michelin, ruling that the agency lacked “sufficiently serious” evidence to justify probing some of its suspicions related to an alleged tyre sector conspiracy.
