  • KSH INFRA to invest Rs 550 crore in a new 60-acre Industrial Park in Tamil Nadu’s Sriperumbudur-Oragadam corridor.
  • The park will offer 1.6 million sq. ft. of development potential and generate 1,500+ jobs.
  • This marks KSH INFRA’s second major project in Tamil Nadu, reinforcing its presence in the Chennai-Bangalore Industrial Corridor.

KSH INFRA, a leading player in India’s industrial and logistics infrastructure sector, has announced a Rs 550 crore investment for the development of its second industrial park in Tamil Nadu. The upcoming park will be strategically located in the rapidly growing Sriperumbudur-Oragadam corridor, a prominent hub for manufacturing and allied industries.

Spanning approximately 60 acres of freehold land, the park will offer a development potential of 1.6 million square feet, reinforcing KSH INFRA’s commitment to building world-class industrial and logistics spaces across India. The park will feature ~600 meters of direct frontage on the adjacent Other District Road, providing robust multimodal access to key regional infrastructure.

Its close proximity to the Chennai–Bangalore Expressway (NE7) nearing completion will offer fast connectivity to major industrial clusters, ports, and consumption centers. The Sriperumbudur-Oragadam belt is already home to major industry players such as Hyundai, Danfoss, Flowserve, Essar Steel, Apollo Tyres, CEAT, Michelin, MRF, Foxconn, Dell, and Samsung, making it a thriving multi-sectoral industrial cluster.

Infrastructure developments such as the Peripheral Ring Road, Greenfield Airport at Parandur, MMLP at Mappedu, and Aerospace Park in Sriperumbudur continue to boost the region’s strategic importance within the Chennai–Bangalore Industrial Corridor (CBIC). This strong ecosystem positions KSH INFRA’s new development as a prime choice for global and domestic manufacturers across automotive, electronics, and engineering sectors.

Construction of the park is slated to begin by March-April 2026 and is expected to generate over 1,500 employment opportunities in the region, further supporting the government’s ‘Make in India’ mission.

Speaking about the project, Rohit Hegde, Managing Director of KSH INFRA, said, “With this new development in Sriperumbudur, we’re one step closer to realizing our vision of building high-quality, sustainable industrial infrastructure across India. Our aim is to scale up to 10 million sq. ft. in the next 2–3 years across high-growth markets like Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Chennai”.

Sundaresan Vaidyanathan, CEO of KSH INFRA, added, “Industrial development is part of our DNA. This expansion into South India aligns with our strategic roadmap. Our in-house team brings end-to-end expertise in industrial real estate, and we work with top consultants to ensure future-ready, compliant infrastructure that creates long-term value”.

This latest announcement comes on the heels of KSH INFRA’s Rs 450 crore investment in a 50-acre Grade A Industrial & Logistics Park in Hosur, Tamil Nadu in August 2024. The new Sriperumbudur project reinforces the company’s expansion strategy and continues to raise the bar for industrial infrastructure across India’s southern corridor.
