FleetRevive aims to modernize roadside service calls

A new platform – FleetRevive – will help tire shops and commercial vendors modernize how they handle roadside service calls.

The platform replaces 24/7 answering services with a web-based platform for handling commercial service calls, according to the Canadian company.

The system uses a logic-based assignment engine with AI optimization, ensuring that the right vendor is dispatched quickly, with all job information captured up front, the Canadian company claims.

“FleetRevive was born from the frustration I saw daily — missed calls, wrong job info, and delays that cost customers. Our platform eliminates all that by combining smart dispatching with total vendor control,” said FleetRevive founder D’andre Urquhart, who previously worked at OK Tire.

FleetRevive’s FleetConnect platform will launch Aug. 15, with integrations with Geotab and Samsara launching this fall. The platform is currently rolling out in Ontario, with national and U.S. expansion planned for 2026. Early pilots are underway with key locations in the OK Tire network.
